3. Extended Leg Lunge

4. Hamstring Stretch

5. Side Reach

 

A. Standing Plié

1. Grand Plié x 15

2. Demi Plié – right heel x 15

3. Demi Plié – left heel x 15

4. Demi Plié – right / left heel x 15

5. Grand Plié – relève x 15

6. Grand Plié – 5th Position x 15

7. 2nd-5th Position Jumps x 20

8. 5th Position Jumps Changement x 20

 

B. Floor All 4’s Series

1. Plank Side Step right / left x 15

2. Plank Jacks r / l x 15

3. Step Through r / l x 15

4. Hip Lift r / l x 15

 

C. Side Lying Series

1. Floor Attitude r / l x 15

2. Floor Attitude Kick r / l x 15

3. Clam r / l x 15
