Move Monday // Ab Hip Twist

MOVE MONDAY! It is the first Monday of Spring which means it is time to get serious about toning up for those hot little dresses and short shorts! Try out this ab move every day this week. If you love it, add it to your go-to gym routine!

Week 5: Ab Hip Twist

Begin lying on your back with your arms by your sides and your legs in a table top position with knees stacked over hips and shins parallel to the floor. This is your start position. Engage your lower abs and lower your knees to the right side until they hover a few inches from the ground. With control bring your knees back through center and lower to the left side. Repeat on both sides 20x
