Ingredients
2 ½ cups of peas (fresh or thawed)
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
½ avocado
1/8 teaspoons of habanero pepper, chopped

Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in Vitamix and serve with chopped vegetables.
